Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V invites applications for a Senior Planner in AH, Kuwait. This full-time, on-site role offers challenging EPC project scheduling duties and opportunities for career growth.

You will prepare baseline and revised schedules, coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams, and assist the Lead Planner with reporting, delay analysis and progress tracking. International EPC environment with large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in EPC projects above US$100M with ADNOC or equivalent.
• Experience with planning, delay analysis and schedule risk analysis.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors preferred.
• Ability to perform under stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline schedules and revised schedules with project team.
• Assist Lead Planner in reports and registers for progress control.
• Review project schedule updates and coordinate with project teams.
• Highlight deviations to management with project controls manager.
• Participate in claims and extension of time using delay analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, budgeting and maintain planning records.
• Participate in project meetings to elaborate the schedule and progress.
• Record suggested changes and assess impact on overall schedule.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
