Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V in AH, KW is seeking a full-time on-site Planner in Kuwait. The role involves coordinating with the Sr. Planner to prepare baselines, update schedules, and monitor progress across EPC projects.

The candidate should have a university degree in engineering and at least 5 years of EPC experience, preferably with ADNOC. Strong planning and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years relevant EPC experience.
• Experience with ADNOC or equivalent is highly preferable.
• Involvement in Engineering & Procurement is essential.
• Prior employment with leading EPC contractors is advantageous.
• Ability to perform under stressful situations.
• Strong experience in Construction Phase and Engineering & Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in coordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Prepares regular schedule updates and progress update monitoring sheets for project phases.
• Prepares & updates Progress Performance Curves and KPIs with the Sr. Planner.
• Highlights deviations in the plan and implements corrective actions.
• Liaises and assists the Sr. Planner in weekly/monthly reports and budgets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to do:

• Participates in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Prepares the regular schedule updates, progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
• Prepares & Updates periodically the “Progress Performance Curves” & “Key Performance Indicators” in coordination with the Sr. Planner to monitor the project performance.
• Highlights to the project management about any deviation in the plan -“out of sequence”- and be able to implement the required corrective actions.
• Liaises and assists the Sr. Planner in preparing weekly, monthly reports, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
