Job summary

Archirodon group is seeking a Planner to join our knowledgeable team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the Contract Baseline Schedule, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with the Sr. Planner.

The ideal candidate should have a university degree in Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in EPC projects. Join us to contribute to significant international projects with a human-centric culture that values our people’s development.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC or equivalent is highly preferable.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is preferred.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Plannerto join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in Kuwait.

What you will need to do:

• Participates in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Prepares the regular schedule updates, progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
• Prepares & Updates periodically the “Progress Performance Curves” & “Key Performance Indicators” in coordination with the Sr. Planner to monitor the project performance.
• Highlights to the project management about any deviation in the plan -“out of sequence”- and be able to implement the required corrective actions.
• Liaises and assists the Sr. Planner in preparing weekly, monthly reports, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

• University degree in Engineering.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or equivalent) is highly preferable. Involvement in Engineering & Procurement is essential.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Capability to perform under stressful situations.
