Archirodon Group N.V is seeking a Lead Planner for a Kuwait City project. The role requires extensive EPC scheduling experience and leadership across engineering, procurement and construction activities.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust baseline and revised schedules, while managing progress reporting and risk analysis. The ideal candidate has a university engineering degree, fluent English, and a track record with large EPC contractors.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in EPC Projects above US$100M with ADNOC.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule quality compliance.

Mansioni

• Prepares Contract Baseline Schedule and Revised Schedules with the Project Team for EPC phases.
• Assists the Project Controls Manager at project start with reports and registers for controlling planning and scheduling progress.
• Reviews schedule updates and coordinates with project teams to maintain proper progress recording.
• Highlights deviations and delays to Project Management in coordination with the Project Controls Manager.
• Participates in claims and extension of time analyses using appropriate delay methods.
• Liaises on weekly/monthly reports, budget preparation and planning records.
• Participates in site meetings to elaborate the schedule and progress status.
• Records changes and advises on effects on the overall schedule.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
