Job summary

PingWind Inc. seeks a Network Engineer Lead to provide senior technical leadership for the design, security, and maintenance of enterprise networks in a mission-critical environment.

You will supervise a team of engineers and administrators to ensure high availability and secure operations in Kuwait. The role requires Top Secret DoD 8570.01 M IAT Level III certification with VCAP or NCIE, HS Diploma/GED, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Top Secret DoD 8570.01 M compliance for IAT Level III with VCAP or NCIE certification.
• HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is desirable for leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, security, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Direct a team of network engineers and administrators for high availability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership on networks, systems, transmissions, and voice architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to align engineering solutions with mission requirements.
• Ensure modular, scalable network designs to reduce costs and enable growth.
