Job summary

PingWind Inc. in Kuwait seeks a Network Engineer Lead to provide senior-level technical leadership for enterprise network infrastructure design, implementation, security, and maintenance.

You will lead a team of engineers and administrators to ensure high availability, performance, and mission-critical operations. The role requires Top Secret IAT Level III with a CCIE Computer Environment certification and a minimum of five years in DoD IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT strategic DoD experience.
• Top Secret IAT Level III with a Computer Environment Certificate for CCIE is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of five years of experience in a strategic DoD position engineering IT solutions for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and CPN-X.
• Perform day-to-day operations, monitoring, problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of network problems in support of engineered solutions within the DODIN services and networks.
• Support and facilitate demonstrations of Coalition or Joint network capabilities.
• Provide support for military exercises and document results in a technical report.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud networking environments.
• Develop scalable and secure network architectures aligned with organizational and mission requirements.
• Evaluate and implement emerging networking technologies to improve performance, reliability, and security.
