PingWind is seeking a Systems Engineer Lead in Kuwait to provide technical leadership in designing, integrating and managing complex systems and enterprise architectures across multiple domains.

The role oversees engineering teams, ensures alignment with organizational objectives, and maintains security, performance and scalability of critical IT solutions for government clients.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570.01 M compliance for IAT Level III with RHCE and VCP6/NCDA certifications.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a strategic DoD position engineering IT solutions.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support across Port Security, IP Networking, Active Directory, Data Storage and related systems.
• Leads design and development of complex systems architectures with cross-domain integration.
• Defines system requirements, specifications and design standards.
• Ensures performance, reliability, scalability and security of systems.
• Develops and manages documentation, baselines and configuration management.

Position Description

PingWind is seeking a Systems Engineer Lead responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, integration, implementation, and lifecycle management of complex systems and enterprise architectures. This role oversees systems engineering teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational objectives, operational requirements, and industry standards. The Systems Engineer Lead serves as the primary authority for systems architecture, integration, and performance optimization across multiple technical domains.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides operational support and requires proficiency and experience with the following technology areas and systems: Port Security, IP Networking, Microsoft Active Directory, Data Storage, Network Appliance Data Storage Filers, Near Store Appliance, SnapMirror, SnapRestore, SnapManager for Exchange, Virtual File Manager, AUDS, and Cloud Services
• Ensures operational support and server administration involving the performance of component server and workstation connections, configuration, integration, and testing
• Lead the design and development of complex systems architectures, ensuring integration across hardware, software, networks, and operational processes
• Define system requirements, technical specifications, and design standards
• Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, scalability, and security requirements
• Develop and manage system requirements documentation, technical baselines, and configuration management processes

Salary Range

$108K - $150K
