Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Network Engineer Lead to provide senior-level technical leadership for enterprise network infrastructure, security, and maintenance. This role leads a team of engineers and administrators, ensuring high availability and performance to support mission-critical applications.

Required are a Top Secret clearance and DoD 8570.01 M IAT Level III certification (VCAP or NCIE). A HS Diploma/GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a strong background in

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, security, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage a team of network engineers and administrators to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to meet warfighter and mission-critical needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to advocate engineering solutions.
• Design modular networks and voice architectures to reduce costs and scale services incrementally.
• Support E&I and other functional groups in engineering discussions and planning.
