Job summary

Hanmi Global is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to contribute to major construction and infrastructure projects across Kuwait. This role will involve overseeing systems such as HVAC and plumbing, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly within construction or consultancy sectors, along with strong knowledge of Kuwait mechanical codes and PAHW project experience.

This position requires a valid KSE Membership for candidates already in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (attested).
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within construction, infrastructure, or consultancy.
• PAHW project experience preferred.
• Valid KSE Membership required for candidates already in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical reports and inspection logs.
