Dasman Diabetes Institute in Kuwait City is seeking an HR Specialist II who serves as a subject matter expert within the HR department. The role supports implementation of institutional and departmental objectives through HR processes and reporting to aid strategic planning and decision making.

Responsibilities include expert responses to staff and management queries, maintaining policy forms, employee handbook and HR SOP with version control; assisting with payroll, compensation and benefits,

Qualificações

• 6–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools and software.

Responsabilidades

• Be an expert in HR functions and respond to staff and management queries.
• Prepare policy forms, employee handbook, and HR SOP with version control.
• Support payroll, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
• Prepare KPI reports and HR dashboards for quarterly and annual reviews.
• Manage the full payroll and salary processes including increments and bonuses.
• Lead HR orientation workshops for new employees.
• Oversee succession planning with progress tracking and training updates.
• Coordinate air ticket processes for contracts and non-contracts.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain confidential personnel data.
