Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. in Kuwait City seeks a senior Project Manager to lead U.S. Government Operations and Maintenance for a large Kuwait facility.

You will be the single point of contact, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget to meet contract deliverables. The role requires 10+ years in project or construction management, 7+ years in supervision, and a U.S. citizenship with CAC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.
• Monitors contractual performance and costs, and takes action to correct discrepant conditions.
• Monitors the performance of department, branch, and section personnel and the submissions of required reports and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
• Plan and implement projects.
• Define tasks and required resources.
• Manage project team.
• Manage budget.
• Create schedule and project timeline.
• Track deliverables.
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Evaluate and assess result of project.
