Five Rivers Analytics in Kuwait seeks an ADPE Technician to provide laptop/desktop support, customer service, and hardware/software troubleshooting for DoD and civilian users. Tasks include Active Directory integration, printer configuration, and TCP/IP setups.

Employment is contingent on a post-offer medical exam and CENTCOM medical fitness determination for deployment. US citizenship with security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active Secret or higher security clearance.
• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in automation equipment repair.
• In-country Kuwait applicants must have Kuwait visa/IDP or Kuwait driver’s license.
• Must pass medical, dental, and police clearances as required.
• Meet health requirements for deployment and pass CRC training if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain DoD-approved software on government PCs.
• Join PCs to Microsoft Active Directory domains and configure network access.
• Install network printers and maintain system stability with DoD OS/software.
• Configure Microsoft Outlook and manage local folders across versions.
• Install and maintain security software on military computer systems.
• Repair and maintain desktop and laptop hardware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
