Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking an ADPE Technician to provide professional laptop and desktop support in Kuwait for military and civilian customers. You will troubleshoot hardware, install software for Windows OS, join PCs to domains, configure network printers, and manage Outlook.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret, or higher level, security clearance.
• High school diploma or GED with at least two (2) years of experience relating to automation equipment repair.
• Prerequisites for in-country applicants: valid U.S. passport, IDP or Kuwait driver's license, U.S. driver’s license, medical qualifications and visa details.
• Must have DoD 8570 certifications (multiple listed) including CE/Security related.
• Strong customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain DoD-approved communications software on government computers and configure network access.
• Install and configure network printers and manage Outlook and personal folders.
• Join client PCs to Microsoft Active Directory domains and ensure security software is up to date.
• Troubleshoot MS Exchange Server connectivity and general TCP/IP configurations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
