Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator I to monitor and manage Tier 1/2 server operations, focusing on Windows Server environments and AD configurations.

The role serves as the Helpdesk POC for theater NIPR and SIPR systems, handling tickets, outages, and system monitoring. As part of the IT security program, candidates must meet DoD 8570.01M requirements, maintain baseline and CE certifications, and adhere to STIGs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01M requirements: at least one baseline cert and one CE cert.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains server administration (AD, OU, users, computers).
• Manage NIPR/SIPR servers and security configurations.
• Apply patches via IAVA; maintain system availability.
• Ensure STIG compliance and SCAP scans; upload CKLB to eMASS.
• Document troubleshooting steps in AESMP ticketing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
