Job summary

V2X is seeking an experienced Service Desk Administrator to support enterprise IT systems and services across the Theater operations. You will manage incidents, triage issues, and coordinate with regional networks and CENTCOM to ensure mission continuity.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, base certifications, and ongoing ITIL-aligned incident management. Company-paid housing and transportation are provided, along with a completion bonus and tuition reimbursement program.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required
• Associate degree preferred in CS/MIS/IS/Engineering or related field
• Baseline certifications plus one Computing Environment (CE) certification required
• Experience in IT service/help desk and customer service focused environments
• Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education on a year-for-year basis

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level technical and non-technical support for AESMP incidents and requests
• Act as escalation point for complex issues, offering guidance and resolution strategies
• Document duty shift activities: outages, ASIs, HAZCONs, NTOs and trends
• Coordinate with Regional NOCs, CENTCOM, and NETCOM as primary POC
• Update Site Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to standardize processes
• Manage AD objects and enterprise email accounts (DISA DEPO, Army365)
• Coordinate ASI requests and ensure rapid, reliable theater operations
