Job summary

V2X is seeking a Systems Administrator I to monitor and maintain Windows servers across NIPR and SIPR domains. You will manage Active Directory OUs, user accounts, and security groups, and coordinate with the NOC to report outages and performance issues.

Qualified candidates have an active Secret Clearance, DoD 8570 baseline certs, and at least five years of Windows Server/AD experience; a related IT degree is preferred. This role offers benefits including housing and transportation.

Qualifications

• Active DoD 8570.01M baseline certifications required.
• Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years Windows Server/AD experience.
• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with NIPR/SIPR environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Windows Server administration (AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS, File Server).
• Manage user accounts and security groups; configure OUs and devices.
• Monitor system performance and report outages to NOC.
• Apply patches and enforce STIG-based security controls.
• Document troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
