Job summary

Alghanim Industries in Kuwait seeks a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to secure new customers and grow existing accounts. You will meet revenue targets, generate leads, and convert opportunities into revenue while coordinating with Customer Service, Operations and Documentation to ensure smooth contract execution.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales & marketing experience.
• University degree required.
• Computer literate with good presentation skills.
• Valid driving license expected.
• Knowledge of geography, local language and market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure new customers and maintain/develop existing accounts.
• Meet/exceed revenue targets for the department.
• Generate leads and convert them into revenue.
• Follow up with client communications promptly and professionally.

Retain existing and develop new customers by exercising company values. Contribute to the overall Logistics Sales budget by achieving personal budget and effectively selling all line of products and services available within and business unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
• Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
• Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance Controller.
• Maintain updated existing and potential customer list.
• Prepare weekly activity report, updated prospect list and sales call plan for following week and submit same to the CSM weekly.
• Keep self-updated on competitors activities and industry related information.
• Customer satisfaction measured against targets set.
• Achieving sales target set by the organizations.
• Achieve 75% of the budget revenue should come from new customers.
• Weekly update on customer receivable to be updated.
• Maintain the existing customers in freight forwarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

• University graduate.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing with a proven record.
• Computer Literate.
• Effective communication and presentation skill.
• Valid vehicle driving license

• Graduation in Int’l trade / Shipping / Supply chain management or in any faculty.
• Good grooming and appearance
