Zenithr is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Kuwait City. You will identify market opportunities, translate insights into requirements, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver features from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Proven experience managing products from discovery to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development processes.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct customer interviews, user research, and feedback analysis to understand user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, develop, test, and launch features; manage backlogs and releases.
• Define KPIs, analyze user behavior and engagement to drive improvements.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
