Job summary

HRInvest is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager for a Kuwait-based role in a manufacturing context. You will develop and drive marketing, branding, and PR strategies for local and export markets, while overseeing digital marketing, social media, content creation, and promotional materials.

You will build relationships with government entities, industrial customers, and retail partners, and enhance brand visibility through activations, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of marketing experience, including two years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, brand management, and content development.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools for content creation, market research, analysis, and reporting.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English and a strong understanding of Kuwaiti culture and the local public-sector environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable combining strategic planning with practical execution.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Kuwait and occasionally across the region.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, lubricants, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors is an advantage.
