Job summary

Warah is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to strengthen our commercial team and accelerate customer acquisition in Kuwait. You will identify B2B opportunities, generate leads, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

You should have a proven track record in SaaS or HR tech sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting ambitious targets. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account acquisition.
• Proven success in generating leads and closing corporate deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
• Established professional network within Kuwait's business community is highly desirable.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, HR solutions, or corporate services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across Kuwait.
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage business owners, HR leaders, and senior decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on market expansion initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity reports.
