Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in Kuwait seeks a Sales Supervisor to coordinate shop floor operations, drive client relationships, and lead the team to meet store objectives. The role focuses on sales leadership, product knowledge, and high standards of service and operations.

As a key link between staff and management, you will oversee opening/closing, POS handling, inventory moves, and loss-prevention compliance, while mentoring staff toward strong KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the premium fashion retail industry.
• Good knowledge of fashion/beauty industry and trends.
• Skills in retail operations and systems, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee shop floor operations, ensuring store directives are executed and presentation standards met.
• Build long-term client relationships and support reporting, sales analysis and product training.
• Perform store opening/closing, process POS and inventory functions, and maintain loss-prevention procedures.
• Lead and mentor the team, resolve customer issues, and implement action plans for efficient processes.
