Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop floor during peak trading periods and ensure brand standards.
• Build long-term client relationships and develop clienteling.
• Lead and coach sales staff; align with store management on initiatives.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and POS transactions to ensure accuracy.
