Job summary

EcoFarm Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Al-Kuwait. You will lead staff, optimize customer service, manage inventory and budgeting, and ensure profitability while maintaining health and safety standards.

You will recruit and train team members, create schedules, monitor performance, and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver quality service during weekends and peak hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location
