We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Set and achieve high standards of customer service; ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous service.
2. Maintain a clean, safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
3. Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
5. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on a regular basis.
6. Train new staff on restaurant policies and procedures.
7. Monitor inventory levels; order supplies when necessary.
8. Handle customer inquiries/complaints in a timely, professional manner.
9. Prepare reports on sales, profits, cash flow, etc., as required by upper management.
