Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our reputation for excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or specials that align with our brand.

• Monitor expenses, control costs, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supply levels and minimize waste.

Requirements
