Job summary

SummitLab in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, guest experience and profitability. You will lead a team, ensure service quality, manage inventories and collaborate with kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate has proven restaurant management experience, excellent English, strong leadership and budgeting skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus. A hospitality degree is preferred but not required. This is a contract role with a monthly salary of 1,700 USD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in F&B.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with English fluency; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, inventory management and cost-control abilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including managing staff ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining profitability The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry excellent communication and leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ open to candidates of Pakistani or Nepali nationality who are proficient in English A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff schedules inventory control and budget management
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Monitor restaurant performance metrics and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates provide feedback and address any concerns

Requirements
