Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and stock replenishment.
• Ability to meet sales targets and participate in promotions/launches.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty.
• Address queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services.
• Advise customers on ranges best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets.
• Track sell-out and prepare daily sales reports.
• Ensure stock replenishment and proper merchandising.
