Job summary

Client of Nasoft.eg is seeking a Sales Representative for a cosmetics brand in Kuwait City. You will deliver a high‑quality shopping experience, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable beauty products to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include explaining product features, driving promotions, and building lasting customer relationships while operating onsite in Kuwait City. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• Good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products preferred.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer‑oriented.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our cosmetics brand In Kuwait City The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service understanding customers needs recommending suitable beauty products and achieving sales targets while maintaining a strong brand image

b Key Responsibilities b

• Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly shopping experience
• Understand customers needs and recommend suitable cosmetics and beauty products
• Explain product features benefits usage and prices clearly
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets
• Promote new products offers and promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customers needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain an organized and attractive product display
• Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed according to brand standards
• Stay updated on product knowledge beauty trends and competitors
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when required
• Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively

Working Condition

- 6 days week - Working Model Onsite - Working Location Kuwait

• 1 2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics, Beauty, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a cosmetics or beauty brand is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is preferred.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Strong persuasion, upselling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and under pressure.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
