Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics, Beauty, or related field.
• Previous cosmetics/beauty brand experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
• Understand needs and recommend suitable cosmetics and beauty products.
• Explain product features, usage and prices clearly.
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
• Promote new products, offers and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
• Maintain organized and attractive product displays.
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process sales transactions and assist with payments.
• Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management.
