Job summary

NaSoft is hiring a Sales Representative in Kuwait City to deliver outstanding customer service, assess customer needs, and recommend cosmetics and beauty products to achieve sales targets. The role requires maintaining a strong brand image and engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position is onsite in Kuwait, with a 6-day work week and weekend shifts. Previous cosmetics experience is valued, and English communication is essential while Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics, Beauty, or related field.
• Previous cosmetics/beauty brand experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed according to brand standards.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and competitors.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when required.
• Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics, Beauty, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a cosmetics or beauty brand is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is preferred.
