Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager for remediation projects in Ahmadi, Kuwait, supporting the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Program (KERP). You will lead large-scale environmental restoration efforts, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

The role demands 15+ years in engineering and 5+ years in a senior PM position, with proven capability in contaminated-land remediation and complex project delivery across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required).
• 15+ years total experience in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical industries.
• 5+ years in a similar Project Management role.
• Proven experience delivering contaminated-land or contaminated-soil remediation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in soil remediation technologies and execution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management, coordination and oversight of contaminated-soil remediation projects.
• Accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and contractor performance.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies for remediation areas and work packages.
• Oversee site characterization, excavation, segregation, handling, transportation, treatment and close-out activities.
• Manage specialist remediation contractors and service providers.
• Ensure remediation work meets safety, environmental and contractual requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting on status, quantities, costs and risks.
