Recreation Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of recreational activities and programs, including water sports, fitness classes, cultural experiences, and family-friendly events.
• Manage and maintain all recreational facilities, including swimming pools, fitness centers, sports courts, and equipment.
• Lead and motivate a recreation team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure the highest level of service.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the recreation offerings to meet and exceed guest expectations.
