HEISCO, a leading EPC contractor in the Middle East, seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to drive quality across major projects. You will establish and maintain QMS, ensure contractual and code compliance, and lead audits with project teams, clients, and regulators to uphold quality standards.

The role demands strong leadership, deep QMS knowledge, and extensive experience in welding, NDT, and piping/structural QC across EPC environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Heavy Industrial projects.
  • At least 5 years in QA/QC leadership or management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
  • Extensive experience with welding inspection, NDT, mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation QC.
  • Familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO, IEC, and other industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all QA/QC functions across EPC projects.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with contract specs, client requirements, and international standards.
  • Oversee inspection plans, method statements, and quality procedures.
  • Manage inspection activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and close audit findings.
  • Lead multidisciplinary QA/QC teams including inspectors and engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry QC requirements.
  • Support project delivery by promoting a proactive quality culture.

The Opportunity

HEISCO is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across major EPC and industrial projects.

This is a strategic leadership role for a quality professional who is passionate about driving excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems while ensuring that all project activities meet contractual requirements, applicable codes and standards, and client expectations.

The QA/QC Manager will work closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure that quality remains at the forefront of every stage of project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across EPC projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, client requirements, and applicable international standards.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
  • Manage inspection activities for engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure effective closure of audit findings.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary QA/QC teams, inspectors, and quality engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry-specific quality requirements.
  • Support project delivery by promoting a proactive quality culture across all departments.
