Job summary

WorleyParsons Limited seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer to lead project quality on oil & gas assignments in Kuwait. You will oversee verification, inspection, and adherence to project standards with a focus on regulatory and contractual obligations.

You will manage QA/QC planning, non-conformance handling, and continuous improvement, collaborating with the Project Management Team to ensure quality objectives are met and aligned with corporate processes.

Qualifications

• Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline) from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience post graduate studies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer or equivalent.
• Must have experience in inspections of all stages of projects in oil & gas installations and construction QA/QC works.

Responsibilities

• Manage project service and product verification and inspection of the project.
• Accountable for QA/QC related matters at project sites.
• Develop and maintain in-house technical standards and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 series and international standards relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• Lead and coordinate quality planning, audits, and corrective actions.
