Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15-20 years of experience in EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy or Heavy Industrial sectors.
• Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects valued at several hundred million dollars.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods, contracts and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage client interfaces and engage executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the execution of a large-scale mechanical EPC project.
• Ensure project delivery in accordance with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Establish and monitor project execution strategies, milestones, and performance objectives.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and drive proactive problem-solving initiatives.
• Oversee commercial, contractual, and operational aspects of project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, international standards, and client specifications.
