Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 14 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a project lead role.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical execution of engineering projects across design, development, testing and deployment.
• Define project objectives, scope and deliverables with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor project engineering teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Communicate project status and technical challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews and approvals of designs and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, procurement and sales.
