HanmiGlobal is seeking a qualified Programs Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of building and infrastructure project portfolios. The role ensures effective program delivery through schedule management, progress tracking, and coordination across multiple project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor program‑level schedules and milestones
• Track progress across multiple projects and identify risks or delays
• Prepare program reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
• Support implementation of project controls, processes, and best practices

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5-10 years experience in Planning Engineering within construction, infrastructure, or consultancy.
• PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
• Experience in program or project controls for construction/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
• Valid KSE Membership (required for engineering‑related safety roles).
