Job summary

Hanmi Global is looking for a qualified Programs Engineer to support building and infrastructure projects in Kuwait. This role involves planning, coordination, and monitoring for effective program delivery.

Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management and 5-10 years of experience in Planning Engineering. Comfortable with scheduling tools and must have valid Kuwait residency documents.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Planning Engineering within construction.
• PAHW project experience preferred but strong construction experience essential.
• Experience in program or project controls for construction/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor program schedules and milestones.
• Track progress across multiple projects and identify risks or delays.
• Prepare program reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
