Job description

HanmiGlobal is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support major construction and infrastructure projects across Kuwait. The role involves overseeing electrical systems from design review through installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and Kuwait regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review electrical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Supervise installation of power, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and related electrical systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports, inspection logs, and progress documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (attested).
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering within construction, infrastructure, or consultancy.
• PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
• Solid understanding of Kuwait electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical review, coordination, and reporting skills.
