Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait safety regulations, PAHW standards, and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on construction sites.
• Develop and implement safety plans, emergency procedures, and training programs.
• Monitor daily site activities to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports, documentation, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain safe work environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Safety Engineer, preferably in Kuwait.
• Mandatory PAHW project experience.
• Valid Civil ID and all required documents to work in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws, safety codes, and international standards (OSHA/NEBOSH preferred).
• Valid KSE Membership (required for engineering‑related safety roles).
