Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in procurement or logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse/yard management is required.
• Experience in construction-related sectors is desirable.
• Familiarity with supplier management, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers for yard-related materials, services, and equipment.
• Prepare supplier comparison sheets evaluating pricing, lead times and terms for procurement decisions.
• Create and process Purchase Orders ensuring compliance with policies and approvals.
• Review shipping documents for PO and contractual compliance before shipment release.
