Job summary

Worley is seeking a Projects Manager to lead the delivery of PMC services for multiple major projects in Kuwait. You will oversee FEED through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost targets are met while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will champion HSE, manage client relationships, and drive value through robust scope, change, and risk management, with emphasis on commercial performance and governance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognised university.
• 20+ years post-graduate experience in engineering/project delivery.
• 10+ years in oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, or energy sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading major capital projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple large-scale PMC projects with safety and delivery excellence as priorities.
• Champion a strong health, safety and environment culture across all project activities.
• Build and sustain trusted client and stakeholder relationships to meet objectives.
• Drive commercial awareness, budgets, and project controls to achieve targeted margins.
• Oversee scope management, change control, planning, scheduling, and timely reporting.
• Provide strategic leadership for FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Guide procurement, contracting, and construction delivery to align with schedules and budgets.
