Job summary

Armada Retail Concept is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax and social insurance rules, and company policies. You will work with HR and Finance to ensure smooth processing and reporting.

Responsibilities include verifying attendance, overtime, deductions, maintaining records, submitting reports, and supporting audits. You will handle inquiries and keep payroll data confidential while updating HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately within deadlines.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, deductions and other payroll inputs.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
