Job summary

Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) is seeking a Site Lead to manage daily Military Postal Office operations at an OCONUS location. The Site Lead will oversee on-site clerks, coordinate with the Postmaster and Program Manager, and ensure adherence to contract requirements and standardized processes.

The role requires US citizenship, an active secret clearance, and proven supervisory experience in postal service operations, with the ability to travel 90–100% and lead a dynamic on-site

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or management-related disciplines with 3+ years supervisory experience or 5+ years in postal operations.
US citizen with active secret clearance.
Ability to travel 90–100% of the time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee staff and performance at the MPO location.
Coordinate with the Program Manager and government customer.
Ensure compliance with contract PWS and standardized processes.
Monitor progress and report status to leadership.
Perform site lead duties when required and maintain interface with MPO and company.
Manage on-site mail processing, receipt & dispatch, and related functions.
Maintain accountability for location operations and staffing.
