Cherokee Federal seeks a Site Lead - MPO to manage daily Military Post Office operations at Ali Al Salem, ADAB, MSAB, and potential AUAB placements. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and oversight of contract personnel to ensure compliant, secure, and reliable postal services in a demanding overseas environment.

Qualified candidates have a business/management degree and 3–5 years in supervisory postal operations, with strong leadership and reporting skills. U.S.

Formación

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a closely related discipline with 3+ years supervising postal operations, or 5+ years supervisory/postal ops experience.
• Ability to lead contract personnel and ensure compliance with DoD/postal requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily MPO operations at overseas installations and ensure uninterrupted postal support.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate MPO personnel to meet staffing and service requirements.
• Oversee mail processing, security, accountability, and customer service activities.
• Maintain compliance with contract requirements and relevant policies and procedures.
• Serve as primary on-site liaison with Government representatives and installation stakeholders.
