Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Site Lead to support our OCONUS team in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

You will oversee contractor personnel, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with policies and the PWS, including a 60-hour work week with overtime after 48 hours. The role requires a BS degree, 5+ years in brigade-level logistics, an active Secret clearance, CENTCOM readiness, and familiarity with GFEBS, FCM, LIW, ASEIP, SAAS-MOD, GCSS-A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management at a Brigade Level or higher.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Ability to meet CENTCOM medical and deployment standards.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management within USCENTCOM AOR.

Responsibilities

• Command and control of program contractor personnel.
• Verification of contractor personnel, work hours, schedules.
• Recruit, select, and retain contractor staff when requested.
• Interpret Army, theater, and command policy to ensure contractor compliance.
• Review and ensure compliance with the PWS; recommend changes where appropriate.
• Assess and remediate performance of personnel with Government leads.
• Provide guidance and counsel to contract personnel.
• Ensure training requirements are met for all contract personnel.
• Provide monthly contract status reports; conduct QA reviews.
• Track and monitor performance metrics.
