Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) is seeking a Postal Finance Clerk to support the OCONUS Military Postal Office. The role includes processing mail, maintaining documentation, and handling finance clerk duties as required, in a fast-paced military environment.

The incumbent will ensure mail security, process Priority and First Class mail, and coordinate with unit mail clerks. Travel and deployment readiness are required by the job profile.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work with a wide range of individuals, including higher-level government personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Separate, scan, and apply endorsements to mail labels and parcels.
• Generate required forms and expenditure reports in compliance with directives.
• Perform open parcel inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Sort mail and prepare correspondence for pickup by unit mail clerks.
• Process mail within established DoD guidelines and ensure timely handling.
