Job summary

Pace Movers & Storage in Kuwait City is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily moving, packing, transportation and storage operations on-site. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership opportunities within a fast-paced logistics team.

You will coordinate movers, drivers, vehicles and schedules; monitor progress; resolve issues with customers; and assist the Operations Manager in improving efficiency and service quality to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, moving, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi preferred.
• On-site Kuwait City work location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily moving, packing, transportation, and storage operations.
• Coordinate movers, drivers, vehicles, equipment, and job schedules.
• Follow up with teams and monitor job progress.
• Coordinate with customers and assist with resolving operational issues.
• Support site visits and assess project requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of customer belongings.
• Maintain daily job schedules, records, and reports.
