Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Kuwait City. The Operations Manager will oversee daily moving, packing, transportation, and storage operations. The Operations Manager will be expected to plan and supervise moving projects from start to finish, allocate manpower and vehicles, resolve operational issues, monitor job progress, and ensure that all services are completed within agreed timelines. The role also involves inspecting job sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, maintaining operational standards, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing field teams, drivers, vehicles, warehouse operations, customer projects, schedules, and service quality. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams, resolve operational issues, monitor job progress, and ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
