Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group currently seeks a Contracts and Services Engineer to oversee contract administration and maintenance activities. You will supervise personnel, manage contract records, and prepare essential documentation for projects and contracts.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical/instrumentation background with extensive experience in CMMS usage and maintenance management practices. Strong analytical and coordination skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in contract preparation, tendering or contract administration in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Engineering sectors.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or specialist role.
• Experience supporting maintenance services and engineering contract management.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and manage contract administration activities and related systems.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain and update contract records, documentation, and related project data.
• Conduct technical studies and provide support in contract administration, engineering, and maintenance services.
• Prepare technical, commercial, and administrative documentation required for project and contract activities.
• Monitor work orders to ensure accurate recording of resources, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
• Prepare and issue periodic reports on maintenance activities, contract performance, work progress, and budgets.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures and maintenance management processes.
• Support continuous improvement of contract administration and maintenance management practices.
